Vintage Adler Junior – E typewriter

1960s’ portable typewriter

This neat but sturdy manual typewriter is in a smart light grey and was made in West Germany in the 1960s’.

It is in really good condition and all appears to be in good working order.

It types nicely although the red setting does catch a bit of black at the top of capitals and fractions (see photos).

A new ribbon has been fitted.

The body of the typewriter is in lovely condition, some light surface wear and marks here and there but nothing unexpected for its age.

The plastic carry case is in sturdy condition, some scuffs here and there but nothing unexpected.

Measurements: 32.3cm wide, 31.5cm deep, 11.5cm tall.
