What does vintage condition mean?
As all items on the website will have been previously owned they will not be in new condition and will show signs of their age (as we all do).
However in some cases it is the wear and tear that adds to the charm of an item and is part of its history.
All items are described as accurately and honestly as possible, as I do want you to be happy with your purchase. However if you would like further info on an item or would like further photographs please do not hesitate to email, text or phone and I will be happy to help with your enquiry.
Please note that colours shown in photographs may vary slightly depending on the device the website is being viewed on.
How do I pay for an item?
Payments are taken safely and securely through PayPal.
You can also pay by bank transfer, please contact me for details. Please be aware that items will not be ready for postage or courier collection until the cheque has cleared, however I will contact you as soon as this has happened.
How will my order be delivered?
Smaller items will be ready to send within 1-2 days via courier and the delivery charge and carrier is shown in the item description.
Larger items will be ready to send within 1-2 days and will be sent via 48 hour courier, the delivery charge is shown in the item description.
Please be aware that I do try and used recycled packaging whenever possible.
Do you ship items overseas?
Yes, although the postage prices shown in the description are for UK mainland only I am happy to quote for overseas delivery, just email me at email@example.com for a quote.
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with an item and wish to return it please inform me within 48 hours of delivery by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods must be returned within 14 days and in the same condition as originally sold for a full refund excluding postage costs. Return shipping, postal or courier charges are at the customers expense. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage and sufficient insurance and that the item is securely packaged. Refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt of the item.
Items damaged in transit must be photographed and emailed to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. All original packaging must be kept in order to process a compensation claim.
In the event of your order going missing in transit or if it hasn’t been delivered within 7 working days from the dispatch date please contact me by email and I will contact the courier to try and resolve the issue. In the event that the parcel has been recorded by the courier as having been delivered but it has not been received then a Denial of Receipt form will be sent to you and must be signed and sent back if a refund is to be made. If the Denial of Receipt form is not signed then unfortunately I will be unable to make a refund.
