What does vintage condition mean?
As all items on the website will have been previously owned they will not be in new condition and will show signs of their age (as we all do).
However in some cases it is the wear and tear that adds to the charm of an item and is part of its history.
All items are described as accurately and honestly as possible, as I want you to be happy with your purchase. However if you would like further info on an item or would like further photographs please do not hesitate to email, text or phone and I will be happy to help with your enquiry.
How do I pay for an item?
Payments are taken safely and securely through PayPal.
You can also pay by bank transfer, please contact me for details, or by cheque to the address below. Please be aware that items will not be ready for postage or courier collection until the cheque has cleared, however I will contact you as soon as this has happened.
How will my order be delivered?
Small items are posted within 1-2 days via courier or Royal Mail and the delivery charge and carrier is shown in the item description.
Items of furniture will be sent via courier and the delivery charge is shown in the item description.
You are also welcome to collect items large or small from me in Lincoln (by appointment only please).
Please be aware that I do try and used recycled packaging whenever possible.
Do you ship items overseas?
Yes, although the postage prices shown in the description are for UK mainland only I am happy to quote for overseas delivery, just email me at email@example.com for a quote.
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with an item and wish to return it please inform me within 48 hours of delivery by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 07795 473575. Goods must be returned within 14 days and in the same condition as originally sold for a full refund excluding postage costs. Return shipping, postal or courier charges are at the customers expense. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage and sufficient insurance and that the item is securely packaged. Refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt of the item.
Items damaged in transit must be photographed and emailed to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. All original packaging must be kept in order to process a compensation claim.
